Ingredients

  • 5 gm pink matcha
  • 30 ml hot water (not boiling, ~80°C)
  • 240 ml oat milk or coconut milk
  • 4 gm maca powder (hormone-balancing)
  • 7 ml maple syrup or rose honey
  • 1 gm dried rose petals or beetroot powder (to dust on top)

Follow these steps for a smooth, creamy, perfectly layered pink matcha.

Make the pink paste

Make the pink paste

Whisk 5 gr pink matcha and 4 gr maca powder (hormone balancing) with 30 ml hot water (not boiling, ~80°C) until a smooth, lump-free paste forms. The maca adds an earthy depth and the pink powder blooms into a beautiful rosy color.

Sweeten & blend

Sweeten & blend

Stir 7 ml maple syrup or rose honey into the paste until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.

Heat or ice your milk

Heat or ice your milk

Warm 240 ml oat milk or coconut milk (warmed or iced) on the stovetop until steamy at around 65–70°C (or pour over ice for a cold version). Froth if desired for a latte-style finish.

Pour & dust

Pour & dust

Pour the pink paste into your milk and stir gently to combine. Finish with a light dusting of 1 grams dried rose petals or beetroot powder (to dust on top) on top for that signature blush glow.
