Shipping Policy

At Angel's Harvest, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD, with estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided; however, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.

Angel’s Harvest is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other external circumstances.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refund Policy

Consumable Products

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, all tea, herbal, and consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped or opened.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is another issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at doubletroublecr8ives@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the product so we can review the issue.

Each case is assessed individually, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or full refund.


Non-Consumable Products

We accept returns for non-consumable items, including accessories and teaware, within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original tags and original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Angel’s Harvest reserves the right to deny returns or charge additional fees if returned items do not meet the above conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
